Our Cancellation Conditions

Dear Guests,

due to unforeseen reasons it can be that you can’t visit our hotel. Please inform us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary costs for you.

Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

Until 3 days before arrival for free

Until 1 day before arrival we will charge only the accomodation costs for the first night o your stay

At the day of arrival we will charge only the accomodation costs for the first night

In case of now show we will charge the whole stay!

We try the best to pass on to other guests, in successful mediation, we will charge from the time of mediation, only the accomodation costs.
